The Titan series is designed to use the waste heat from cooling its internal 27kW diesel powered generator to contribute to the drying process. By using this waste heat, Titans use only 2.0 gallons per hour, which represents a 80% savings in fuel compared to standard portable dessicant and generator setup.
This massive reduction in the amount of diesel used by the Titan allows for huge savings in operation cost. Paired with the Titan’s 200 gallon on board fuel tanks gives the Titan the ability to run for over three days without needing refueling.
The Titan series also benefits from built in secondary containment, a light weight and rugged aluminum construction, as well as a compact design allowing for eight Titan HE 5000’s per 53’ flatbed trailer. The Titan HE 5000 also has a fully sound attenuated cabinet.
